Meet Kapuahinano!

I’m Kapuahīnano, a Lomilomi practitioner (Hawaiian massage) devoted to the sacred traditions of Hawaiian healing. Along my journey, I’ve been blessed to learn and carry various forms of ancestral wisdom, including the healing art of Lā‘au Lapa‘au (Plant medicine). My work is a living offering: an interweaving of mo‘olelo (ancestral stories), plant intelligence, and embodied practice- all in service of helping others return to harmony with the natural world and their own intuitive knowing.
