Meet Your Instructor

Kapuahīnano is a Hawaiʻi born practitioner whose work centers on lāʻau lapaʻau, lomilomi, embodied healing, and relationship with the ʻāina (land). Born and raised on Oʻahu, she draws from traditional teachings, lived experience, and plant-based practice to support self-sourcing, discernment, and respectful engagement with living medicine.
