This Level 1 NADAMA practice is a gentle, joint-based yoga series that wakes up your entire body from head to toe. Through easy, mindful movements, you’ll support circulation, release tension, and reconnect to your natural rhythm. Each short sequence can be practiced on its own or combined for a full-body experience. Whether you’re starting your wellness journey or need a daily mobility reset, this course is designed to meet you where you are.

Meet Your Instructor

Hello, I'm Cecil and I  bring years of embodied movement experience to this NADAMA practice, blending ancient traditions with accessible, modern mobility work. This calm, grounded teaching style helps people of all levels connect to their breath, ease tension, and feel more at home in their bodies. I believe movement is medicine and that everyone, no matter their background or flexibility can benefit from mindful, gentle yoga.
