Meet Angel Grant
Much of my work is designed to reprogram neural pathways shaped by early life repetition — the ways you learned to adapt to your environment and relationships before you even knew you were learning. When you pay attention to where life seems to glitch or top out in adulthood, you can begin to decode early imprints: the invisible architecture built in your first five years that still shapes how you relate, protect, perceive, and repeat.
My work has been featured at the Surgeon General’s Facing Addiction in America Summit; I’ve led meditations at the Dalai Lama’s 80th birthday gathering, the Science and Nonduality conference, and the New York Academy of Medicine. I’ve taught at Kripalu, Summit Series, The Shift Network, ReImagine at Grace Cathedral, and more. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with my dear friend and mentor, Dr. Gabor Maté, in trauma-healing circles using Compassionate Inquiry and plant medicine. My style is direct, woven with the kind of compassion that comes from a whole lot of living. My approach is practical and grounded — a marriage of science + soul — while rooted in the awareness that we’re on a rock spinning at 1,000 mph, flying around the sun at 67,000 mph, while we seem to sit still. We’re wired to miss most of what’s here, including our own capacity for internal freedom. My offerings are a way to tap into the source that reminds and guides us.
