Hello Everyone! My name is Jennalise Abridge. I'm a heart-led yoga teacher and mindfulness guide with a lifelong dedication
to healing the human spirit. With roots in yoga, meditation, energy work, and psychedelic
therapy, my classes are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, with community, and
with something greater.
I believe that true unity begins within. My mission is to support your journey toward
inner freedom, so you can move through the world with grounded confidence and an open
heart. Mindfulness is the thread that weaves through all of my offerings: a moment-to-moment
awareness cultivated with compassion, curiosity, and presence. In each class, you’ll be invited
to slow down, listen deeply, and return to your natural state of wholeness through mindful
movement, conscious breath, and guided self-inquiry.
My teaching style is inclusive, intuitive, and rooted in service. Whether you're new to the mat or
a seasoned practitioner, I will meet you where you are, offering modifications and
encouragement along the way. I begin every session by grounding in
community—sometimes in silence, sometimes in shared breath, always in reverence for the
Earth and one another. Through intentional pauses and embodied awareness, my classes
create a sacred space where mindfulness becomes not just a practice, but a way of being.
